Who is Cyrano for?

Cyrano is useful for anyone who needs to stay in touch with a large network of clients or contacts and maintain regular and meaningful correspondence.

Keeping in touch can be a very time-consuming process (particularly if your network is extensive), and picking up the phone or sending an email with no particular purpose in mind, not only wastes time, it can be an annoyance to your contacts, thus weakening, rather than strengthening your relationship.

How it works

Cyrano enables you to quickly, easily and automatically manage your email correspondence to contacts. Once you have imported your contact list from your Outlook program (refer to 'getting started') your can automate the process of sending interesting and relevant articles to your network.

Cyrano allows you to easily enter articles into the system via a variety of methods including syndication feeds, direct emailing to the system and browser extensions. It features a very intuitive, easy-to-use interface, in fact it's so simple to use you can add an article with a simple 'right-click' of your mouse.

You can easily add email templates that mimic the look of your personal email, so that so it looks authentic, not system-generated.

You can assign each contact 'keywords' based on their areas of interest (eg technology, more effective marketing, finance etc) and Cyrano will match your contact's keywords with relevant articles. The system will ask you how frequently you would like to contact a particular client, and then prompt you to do so when it is time. You can also group your contacts according to common interests, enabling you to quickly contact a large group, through a single action.

With Cyrano, you are always in control, so articles will not be sent out without your consent. New articles that have been added to the system will wait until you have given final approval, before being release.
